Bus Operations

CHI Hotel Group operates its own bus division across five service areas — chartered tours, corporate transfers, student transfers, hotel transfers, and airport transfers — from three depots in Tokyo, Chiba, and Osaka. It is the backbone of the group's closed-loop journey from airport to hotel, hot spring, outlet, and back.

Chartered Tours

1 to 60 passengers per coach. For inbound and domestic tourism. Experienced with VIP transport for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Corporate Transfer

Station-to-office, HQ-to-branch dedicated buses. Spot use to annual contracts.

Student Transfer

Sports camps, music camps, club activities. Includes school trips, competition travel, and international student transfers.

Hotel Transfer

The core of CHI Bus — supporting all 11 group hotels with station/airport ⇔ hotel transfers and shuttle services.

Airport Transfer

Covers the three major international airports — Narita, Haneda, and Kansai — handled respectively by our Chiba, Tokyo, and Osaka depots.
