Toyosu Market is divided into four main buildings: the Management Building (housing offices and PR rooms for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and various businesses), the Produce Building, the Seafood Intermediate Wholesalers Building (where local fish shops and sushi restaurants come to purchase seafood), and the Seafood Wholesale Building (where you can observe tuna auctions). All four buildings are connected by walkways for free movement.

About 20 minutes' walk from the hotel. A "strolling pond garden" centered on ponds, artificial hills, and dry landscape elements. This gardening style, used in feudal lords' gardens during the Edo period, was carried on into the Meiji era, and Kiyosumi Garden is said to represent its modern culmination. Numerous famous stones gathered from across Japan — including Bicchu granite and Sanuki granite — are arranged throughout the garden, creating an atmosphere like a stone garden.

The shrine was founded in the first year of the Kan'ei era (1624). The main festival of Fukagawa Hachiman Matsuri, held once every three years, is one of the three great festivals of Edo. The procession of 50+ portable shrines is a highlight. The grounds feature a monument to champion sumo wrestlers and a museum. Famous as a shrine for good luck, warding off evil, and business prosperity. Festival days fall on the 1st, 15th, and 28th of each month.

Approximately 4 minutes' walk from the hotel. A branch temple of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple in Chiba. Founded in the 16th year of the Genroku era (1703). Famous as the deity of traffic safety. The surrounding area retains the atmosphere of a temple gate town, offering a taste of Edo-period charm.
The grounds contain "a monument to acclaimed actor Onoe Kikugoro V" and a "Chikara Ishi (strength stone)."
