Summer 2023 is still hot! "Pool Plaza" continues into September!

In 2025, the immensely popular "Pool Plaza" facility returns again,Pre-opening from July 12, full opening from July 19!"Pool Plaza," enjoyed by many guests over the years, features a spacious outdoor pool and a children's pool, with an open location surrounded by Western mansions — an experience you cannot find elsewhere. Why not enjoy this summer to the fullest at "Pool Plaza"?

Basic information

[Period] Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, 2025: Pre-opening
　　　　　　　Saturday, July 19, 2025 – Sunday, August 31, 2025: Full opening
　　　　　　　* July 14–18: not open.

[Hours] 11:00–17:00 (last entry 16:00)
　Children aged 3 to elementary grade 4 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (swimsuit required, paid for adult)

[Pool Plaza Usage Fee]　
　　[Weekdays] Adults 2,000 yen, Children 1,000 yen
　　[Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays] Adults 2,200 yen, Children 1,100 yen

[Water Athletics Course Usage Fee]
　　Per person: 500 yen (50-minute time limit per session, capacity 30)
* The water athletics course is for use by elementary school grades 1 through 6.
　Children up to elementary grade 4 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
(One parent/guardian free)

* Customers using the water athletics course must agree to the "About using the water athletics course" please see.
* During the Obon period from August 9 to 17, weekend/holiday rates apply.
* Operations may be suspended due to bad weather etc.
　Please bring your own towel for use at Pool Plaza.

One charm of Pool Plaza is its location.
The pool in front of the unique hotel modeled after the Rijksmuseum is one of a kind, not seen elsewhere in Japan. You can also feel the openness of a roadside station with vast grounds, allowing you to freely enjoy water play.

There's also a children's pool, perfect for families!

Besides the adult pool, there's also a children's pool. Lifeguards keep a close watch, so you can feel at ease.

Pool types: adult pool 15m × 25m (depth 1.3m), children's pool (fan-shaped) 400m² (depth 40–60cm)

About Pool Plaza & Water Athletics

Pool Plaza usage requests	● Please refrain from wearing accessories such as glasses, watches, and necklaces in the pool. (Valuables cannot be checked.) ● Please refrain from using oils. ● Those who are intoxicated or have conditions such as high blood pressure or heart disease may not use the facility. ● Wearing a T-shirt over a swimsuit when entering the water is not allowed. (Rash guards are OK.) ● Do not run on the poolside. Do not jump into the pool. ● Do not enter the poolside with shoes on. ● [Smoking is fully prohibited] inside the pool area. ● Bringing your own food and drink is OK, but please cooperate by taking your trash with you. ● Entering the water under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. ● Parents/guardians, please supervise children carefully. ● Rubber boats, fins, and paddles cannot be used. ● No animals (pets, etc.) are allowed. ● For your safety, please follow the instructions of pool lifeguards. ● Swimming may be temporarily suspended due to bad weather (thunderstorms). Please understand in advance. ● Swim diapers are also acceptable. (Disposable diapers are not allowed.)
About using the water athletics course	● Children in elementary grades 1–4 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parents/guardians also wear swimsuits and enter the pool together. One parent enters free of charge. Children must wear life jackets. (Free rental.) Children under 2 cannot enter. ● Those in elementary grade 5 or above may enter alone, but those who are not confident swimmers or whose face cannot stay above water at 120 cm depth should Please wear a life jacket or enter with a parent/guardian. ● For use of the water athletics course, please follow staff instructions for safety. ● Capacity is limited; you may have to wait during busy times. ● The water athletics course is inside Pool Plaza, so Pool Plaza admission is required.

[Q] Can I bring food and drinks?	[A] Yes, you can. Please use the chairs and tables on the poolside, or the benches near the children's pool. Please take any food and drink trash you bring with you.
[Q] Are pool supplies sold?	[A] We plan to sell at the hotel shop.
[Q] Are floats or towels available for rental?	[A] We're terribly sorry; we don't offer any rentals.
[Q] Is there a machine to inflate floats?	[A] We provide an automatic air pump next to the pool entrance gate.
[Q] I have tattoos; can I use the facility?	[A] Those with tattoos are not permitted to enter.
[Q] Can I enter the pool with eyeglasses on?	[A] For everyone's safety, please refrain from swimming with eyeglasses on. They may be used on the poolside.
