CHI Co., Ltd. (Airport Plaza Hotel) ("the Company") places the highest priority on the trust of our customers, and considers the accurate and confidential handling of personal information to be an important responsibility.

Once we have confirmed that the request has been made by the customer in person, we will disclose, correct, or delete the personal information within a reasonable period, except where doing so would significantly impair our business operations.

The Company complies with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information. This Policy is governed by the laws and regulations of Japan. This Policy sets forth our basic approach to the handling of personal information, and we will continue to protect personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations.

The Company implements an appropriate management structure and security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc., and to ensure its accuracy and safety.
