For first-week, 49th-day, first-anniversary, first-Bon, and other Buddhist memorial services

Osaka Bay Plaza Hotel welcomes you to host your memorial service with us.
We carry out the memorial ceremony and meal with the heartfelt hospitality (omotenashi) only a hotel can provide.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

  • Free bus shuttle within the city of Sakai (advance reservation required)

Sakai Specialty: Wa-no-Ō Chawan Bento

The bowl measures 40 cm in diameter. The Nintoku-ryō Tumulus in Sakai is said to have been built in the 5th century.
The era of the "Great Kings of Wa" was a time of vibrant exchange with the continent in pursuit of foreign culture and technology. We have recreated the grand scale of that era in this Wa-no-Ō (Great King of Wa) Chawan Bento. We invite you to taste it.
