To build a society and economy resilient against infectious disease, Osaka Prefecture has established a new certification program designed to further promote infection-control measures at restaurants and create an environment where residents can dine with confidence. Under this program, businesses that have implemented infection-control measures in line with the certification standards submit an application; in addition to a document review, on-site verification is conducted at the establishment before certification is granted.

Osaka Bay Plaza Hotel has been selected as an "Infection Prevention Certification Gold Sticker" certified establishment.
