CHI Co., Ltd. (Osaka Bay Plaza Hotel) (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") considers the trust of our guests to be our highest priority, and regards the accurate and confidential handling of personal information relating to each guest as an important responsibility.

(4) Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Personal Information

If a guest wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete personal information they have provided, please submit a request through the contact point listed below. Except in cases where such requests would significantly impede the Company's operations, and only when we have confirmed that the request has been made by the individual concerned, we will disclose, correct, or delete the guest's personal information within a reasonable period of time.
