CHI Co., Ltd. (Day Nice Hotel Tokyo) (hereinafter "the Company") regards the trust of our guests as our highest priority, and considers the accurate and confidential handling of personal information relating to our guests to be an important responsibility.
To that end, the Company has established this "Privacy Policy" governing the handling of personal information, and will ensure that all employees and affiliated companies thoroughly adhere to it. If you wish to inquire about, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to the Company, please contact our inquiry desk. Except in cases where doing so would significantly hinder the Company's operations, and only after confirming that the request is made by the individual themselves, the Company will disclose, correct, or delete your personal information within a reasonable time period.
The Company will comply with all applicable personal information protection laws and regulations relating to personal information held by the Company. This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Japan. This Policy sets out the fundamental principles governing the Company's handling of personal information, and the Company will strive to protect personal information in accordance with this Policy and with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.
The Company will establish a management framework and implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, and other risks, and to ensure its accuracy and safety. Access to offices handling personal information by outsiders will be restricted; educational and awareness activities will be conducted for all officers and employees involved in the Company's personal information protection; and a responsible manager will be appointed to ensure the proper management of personal information.
The Company will continuously review and improve its approach to personal information protection in response to changes in applicable Japanese laws, handling methods, and the environment.
