Our Hotel's Guidelines Regarding COVID-19

For the safety of our guests, we are implementing the following measures.

  1. Staff service
    ・Staff wash hands, gargle, and wear masks
    ・Staff conduct regular temperature checks
    ・Customer service with social distancing in mind
  2. Disinfection measures
    ・Regular disinfection of indoor areas (restaurant, banquet hall, etc.)
    ・Regular disinfection of common areas (front desk, lobby, guestroom corridors, large bath, etc.)
    ・Guestroom interior disinfected each time
    ・Guestroom slippers disinfected
  3. Ventilation measures
    ・Regular ventilation of indoor areas (restaurant, banquet hall, etc.)
    ・Regular ventilation of common areas (front desk, lobby, guestroom corridors, large bath, etc.)
    ・Guestrooms ventilated each time
  4. Check-in / check-out
    ・Strict observance of social distancing by spacing lines apart
    ・Acrylic panels and clear vinyl sheets installed at the front desk
  5. Guestroom services
    ・Guestroom items (door knobs, room keys, teacups, etc.) disinfected each time. To avoid congestion, guestroom occupancy controlled below a fixed level.
  6. Meal accommodations
    ・Meal serving and presentation adjusted (individual plating, etc.); venue congestion managed and dispersed; restricted entry to dining venue for those with fever, cough, or cold symptoms
  7. Large bath / shared bath available
    ・Disinfectant placed; bath equipment disinfected; congestion managed and dispersed
  8. Service for guests
    ・Please disinfect (with alcohol etc.) upon arrival; please wash hands and gargle
    ・Please wear a mask outside guestrooms; temperature check at check-in
  9. Emergency response
    ・Established response manual for poor health or infection (or suspicion thereof)
    ・Staff training on response in case of poor health or infection (or suspicion thereof)
