Cosecha (Chile), grape: Chardonnay Glass 530 yen / Bottle 2,300 yen
A bright straw-yellow color with fresh, vigorous aromas of pineapple, banana, and peach, plus ripe fruit notes.
Well balanced, with a soft, lingering finish and a crisp flavor that fills the palate.

Six Eight Nine (USA) Glass 700 yen / Bottle 5,000 yen
Grapes: Chardonnay 58%, Sauvignon Blanc 39%, Sémillon 3%
Soft on the palate, with concentrated flavors from well-ripened fruit, gentle acidity, and a touch of
bitterness. Subtle oak, fruity length, and notes of citrus and mint
unfold in layers — an open, exceptionally well-balanced white.

■Red Wine
Cosecha (Chile), grape: Cabernet Sauvignon Glass 530 yen / Bottle 2,300 yen
Made from Central Valley grapes. Ripe fruit flavors and the moderate tannins
characteristic of Cabernet make this a medium-bodied wine you won't tire of.

Château Pirey (France) Glass 700 yen / Bottle 4,500 yen
 Grapes: Merlot-dominant, Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of raspberry, cassis, and plum, with nuances of violet and dried herbs.
Rich fruit and smooth tannins are the defining characteristics.
