About Guest Rooms

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
(Some accommodation plans may specify a check-in time later than 15:00, or may include early check-in or late check-out as a benefit. Please review the details of your plan.)

My check-in will be late. Until what time can you accommodate me?

Our Front Desk is staffed 24 hours, so late-night check-in is available.
If your arrival will be after 22:00, please contact the hotel in advance.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Please let our Front Desk know. We can hold luggage that you will collect on the same day as either your check-in date or your check-out date.

Can I request a smoking room?

We're sorry, but our hotel does not offer smoking rooms. However, a smoking booth is available on the 18th floor for guests who wish to smoke.

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

We provide hand towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body sponges, hairbrushes, razors, and loungewear.

Is internet access available?

Free wireless Wi-Fi and wired LAN internet access are available in all guest rooms.

What equipment is in the room?

Each room is equipped with an LCD TV. You can also enjoy video on demand (over 100 titles available at all times; fee required).
Air purifiers are also provided for a comfortable stay.

How comfortable are the beds?

Every room is fitted with Simmons beds.
We're confident you'll sleep well.
And by the way—on the sea side, you'll have a sweeping view of Tokyo Bay, while on the mountain side you can see Mt. Fuji on clear days.

About Facilities & Amenities

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available in the basement of our hotel. It costs 1,650 yen per night, with unlimited in-and-out access during your stay.
To retrieve your car, please notify our Front Desk.

  • Vehicle height limit is 2.1 m.
    If your vehicle exceeds 2.1 m, please contact the hotel.

Are there any items I can borrow?

Yes, we have items available.
Irons, ironing boards, trouser presses, desk lamps, and more. Quantities are limited, so please request early.

Can I ship luggage from the hotel?

We handle shipments through Yamato Transport. Shipping boxes are also available for purchase—please ask at the Front Desk.

Can I send luggage ahead of my stay?

Please ship to: "Yokohama Techno Tower Hotel, 2F Front Desk, 1-1-1 Fukuura, Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa 〒236-0004." We will hold your luggage until your check-in date.
* Please be sure to clearly indicate the name of the guest (in katakana) and the date of stay.

Can I use a taxi?

Yes. Please feel free to ask at the Front Desk.

Can I buy souvenirs?

At our 1st-floor Hong Kong dim sum restaurant "CORE," you can purchase souvenirs from well-known brands whose factories are based locally in Kanazawa Ward, including both classic and limited-edition items.

Is the station nearby?

The hotel is a 1-minute walk from Sangyo Shinko Center Station on the Kanazawa Seaside Line.

Are there convenience stores nearby?

There is a Lawson on the 1st floor of our building (open 7:00–20:00).
A 7-Eleven is also located 7 minutes away on foot.

Are there banks, post offices, or ATMs nearby?

Yes—Bank of Yokohama, Yokohama Shinkin Bank, and Japan Post Bank are all nearby.

Are there shopping malls nearby?

Aeon Kanazawa Seaside is nearby. It's 500 m from Seaside Sachiura Station and about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Are there parks suitable for walking?

Umi-no-Sanpomichi (Seaside Promenade), Kanazawa Umi-no-Koen (Kanazawa Seaside Park), Kanazawa Nature Park & Kanazawa Zoo, and Nagahama Park.
Umi-no-Sanpomichi is about a 10-minute walk straight from the hotel toward the sea.
Kanazawa Umi-no-Koen is accessible from Hakkeijima Station on the Seaside Line (parking 300 yen/hour); it's a beautiful spot for sunrise (free admission), with shellfish gathering in spring and swimming in summer.
For Kanazawa Nature Park & Kanazawa Zoo, take the Keikyu Bus bound for "Kanazawa Zoo" from Bus Stop 1 at the West Exit of Kanazawa-Bunko Station on the Keikyu Line; ride about 10 minutes and get off at the terminal stop "Kanazawa-Bunko Zoo." It's a zoo where you can see koalas.
Nagahama Park features a wild bird observation area and more.
It's a 25-minute walk from the hotel, or 500 m west of Sachiura Station on the Seaside Line.

About Children

Are there additional fees when staying with children?

Children under elementary school age may share a bed with an adult free of charge (1 child per bed).
* Depending on the room type, some rooms may not allow bed-sharing—please confirm at the time of reservation.

If I book a plan with breakfast, what about breakfast for a child sharing a bed?

An entry fee applies for children aged 4 and above.
Children aged 4 to under elementary school age can join breakfast for an additional 600 yen.
Please let us know at the time of reservation or at the Front Desk on the day.
Children aged 0 to 3 may share an adult's portion at no charge.
