Beyond the venues within the hotel, you can also make use of the adjacent Yokohama Training Center,

What's included in the above rate
One night's lodging with 3 meals, venue fee (approx. 15 hours over 2 days, depending on group size). Breakout sessions, receptions, and similar arrangements can be discussed separately based on your budget.

  • Rates for nights before holidays and other peak dates will be quoted separately according to the season.
  • For dinner, we can prepare a banquet, a multi-course meal, or boxed meals to suit your budget and group size.
  • Breakfast is served as a Japanese-Western buffet in our restaurant.

  1. Please inform us of load-in times in advance. Load-in the day before is subject to a separate fee.
  2. Available hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please inquire about use outside these hours.
  3. Outside beverages brought into the venue are subject to a corkage fee.
  4. Meals can also be arranged within the venue.
  5. Venues are booked in 2-hour minimum increments.
  6. Setup and cleanup are limited to 30 minutes before and after your reserved time.
  7. Attaching displays directly to columns or walls with pins, tape, or similar is strictly prohibited.
  8. If any furnishings, equipment, or facilities in the building are damaged or soiled, the actual repair cost will be charged.
  9. Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation fees.
  10. Changes to guest numbers must be made at least 2 days in advance.
    For cancellations, the fee is 50% of the quoted amount from 60 to 21 days before the event,
    80% from 20 days to the day before, and 100% on the day of the event.
  11. Please note: we may refuse entry, decline a booking, or cancel a confirmed booking if there is a risk of conduct that violates laws or public order, or that may inconvenience other guests.
